WHY PATIENTS CHOOSE FULL SPECTRUM HEALTH & WELLNESS
Unlike large national telehealth practices, where care may feel standardized or spread across multiple providers, Full Spectrum offers a more personal, relationship-based experience.
In hormone care, clinical expertise matters. Your care is led by Dr. Angiletta, a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner with more than 25 years in healthcare and advanced training in hormone, thyroid, metabolic, and reproductive health. Because these systems often overlap, they are considered together when clinically relevant rather than treated in isolation.
Care may include hormone therapy, thyroid management, medical weight loss and metabolic care, PCOS and fertility support, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and preventive health guidance—all individualized to your symptoms, history, laboratory findings, and goals.
You work with the same provider over time, allowing for thoughtful follow-up, careful adjustments, and continuity as your needs change. The goal is not simply to prescribe medication, but to understand the whole picture and create a plan that is clinically sound, personalized, and sustainable.
Telemedicine care is available throughout Idaho and Washington.
FSA/HSA cards are accepted.
Although the practice does not bill insurance, eligible prescriptions may be processed through your insurance by your pharmacy.
Dr. Karina Angiletta, PhD, FNP-C
Karina Angiletta is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and health scientist with more than 25 years of healthcare experience.
Her clinical background includes emergency medicine, medical weight management, hormone therapy, thyroid care, and preventive health. She earned her PhD from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where her research focused on the relationship between thyroid function and obesity.
Karina combines scientific training with individualized clinical care to help women and men navigate complex concerns involving hormones, thyroid function, metabolic health, weight, fertility, and healthy aging.
Advanced Training & Extensive Clinical Experience
Dr. Karina Angiletta brings extensive clinical experience in hormone therapy, metabolic health, and medical weight management, including high-volume patient care at JumpstartMD, a leading San Francisco Bay Area medical weight-management and hormone therapy practice.
Her experience there involved caring for a broad range of patients with hormonal, metabolic, and weight-related concerns, providing a strong foundation in individualized, real-world treatment.
She has also completed WorldLink Medical’s comprehensive four-part advanced BHRT training and certification program, with in-depth education in estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, and individualized hormone optimization.
A Personal Perspective on Fertility & Hormonal Health
Her understanding of women’s hormonal and reproductive health is also deeply informed by personal experience. Throughout her own fertility journey, Karina drew extensively on her clinical knowledge of hormone physiology, thyroid health, reproductive aging, and individualized hormone support while also working closely with fertility specialists. Her journey included both significant challenges and remarkable successes, including becoming a mother at 42 and again at 45.
This experience gave her an unusually personal perspective on the complexity of fertility later in reproductive life and on the important role that thoughtful hormone and thyroid management can play as part of comprehensive reproductive care.
