Appointments are provided through telehealth for patients in Idaho and Washington. You need to be physically located in one of these states during your appointment. Laboratory testing can usually be completed near you.

Your 60-minute visit includes a review of your concerns, medical and reproductive history, medications, supplements, and available laboratory results. Dr. Angiletta discusses possible contributors to your symptoms, appropriate treatment options, and a plan for follow-up.

You work directly with Dr. Karina Angiletta, PhD, FNP-C, from your first evaluation through ongoing care. She brings a UCSF PhD, more than 25 years in healthcare, experience at JumpstartMD, and advanced WorldLink Medical BHRT training. Your plan considers your symptoms, medical history, hormone and thyroid health, metabolism, and everyday habits.

Book a free introductory call to discuss your goals, ask initial questions, and learn how the practice works. Dr. Angiletta will explain the available care options and help determine whether the practice may be a good fit. If you choose to proceed, the next step obtaining your blood work, followed by a comprehensive clinical assessment.

No. There is no membership commitment required to complete the initial assessment. An active membership is required if you choose ongoing prescribing, monitoring, and treatment adjustments through Full Spectrum Health & Wellness.

Depending on your selected program, membership includes scheduled follow-up, assessment of symptoms and treatment response, laboratory review, prescription management, treatment adjustments, and secure communication between visits.
Members also have access to laboratory testing at practice cost and supplements at practitioner pricing. Nutrition, supplement, metabolic, and longevity guidance are included within the scope of your program.

Full Spectrum Health & Wellness is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance for visits or membership. Your insurance may cover some prescriptions, depending on your plan and its requirements. Pharmacy coverage and any reimbursement should be checked with your insurer.

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Eligibility can vary by expense and plan, so check with your plan administrator about the services, prescriptions, and testing you intend to pay for.

Laboratory orders can be arranged through Full Spectrum H&W or your Primary Care Provider, with blood draws at participating locations such as Labcorp. Bring any recent results; testing from the past three months may be useful if it includes the information needed for your evaluation. Additional tests are selected according to your clinical needs.

Follow-up is more frequent when you begin treatment or change medication. For many hormone and thyroid regimens, repeat testing is arranged around six to eight weeks after a change, although some treatments require earlier checks. Once your plan is stable, the schedule is individualized.

Membership cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Continued prescription management requires an active care relationship and appropriate follow-up. If you plan to transfer care, let the practice know so your ongoing treatment needs can be discussed.

Full Spectrum provides focused hormone, thyroid, metabolic, and related care. Continue routine primary care, gynecologic care, and recommended screening with your usual clinicians. Coordination with other providers can be an important part of your treatment.
